HSE Management System

EPE’s HSE Management System (HSE-MS) was formulated to underpin all the processes and resources and optimally manage safety of the system. The HSE-MS provides a formal, organized process whereby EPE’s Management and Employees plan, perform, review and improve their safety performance.

The HSE-MS is institutionalized through the Management to establish company
wide safety management objectives, guiding principles and processes and operational procedures. The system encompasses mall levels of activities and documentation related to
safety management throughout EPE.

The Safety Management System establishes a hierarchy of components to facilities the orderly development and implementation of Safety Management.

In addition to benefiting our employees through reduced injuries and lost of working hours, our commitment to safety is a leading indicator for our clients of strong performance throughout the project life cycle. Our goal zero in all our work site (Zero LTI).

We incorporate “best practices” into our safety culture, we create them. We rely on experience, continuous training and adherence to strict standards to ensure the safety of our employees, subcontractor, partners, and surrounding communities as well environment. Each one of our employees shares an obligation to prevent accidents and is expected to conduct operations in a way that actively integrates the elements of the EPE.
